Based on the PVC external coating It is suitable for the use in cases, when we repair pipelines, which are straight or which have curves that do not exceed angles bigger than 45 degrees. They are available from the diameters ranging from 100 mm to 400 mm. They do not shrink nor do they expand during the installation procedure. The composite is slightly flex- ible (extensible) and as such suitable only for the installation into the nominal diameter of the pipe. The use of the PVC composite represents the most cost-effective method. The pressure necessary for the insertion shall be between 0,3 and 0,5 bars.

Based on the PU external coating It is suitable for the use in cases, when we repair pipelines, which are straight or which have curves and where angles also reach 90 degrees. Because of its excellent extending characteristics (ex- tensibility>300%) the liner that is intended to be used for one pipe diameter, could also be used in the next bigger pipe diameter (for example: nominal liner size of 100mm could safely be used in the pipe diameter of 125 mm; with some experiences also in the pipe size of 150 mm). By that we shall also take into account that the liner shrinks for approximately 4% because of the radial extensions. This shrinkage shall be taken into account when preparing the liner in such way as to increase the length for approximately 4%.
